The Process: Installing Basements
- Excavate hole for building
- Form-a-drain (Drain System)
- Concrete footings
- Install stone under the entire basement floor for proper drainage.
- Install 12” block walls
- Seal exterior walls below dirt grade with cement parge
- Roll on foundation coating
- Install 4” concrete floor
- Sand backfill along block walls
- Install porch and garage footings if need
